REFUNDS & RETURNS
Return Policy:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your package. For items requested after the 14-day period, refunds will not be issued. Instead, store credit will be provided. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of perfume or fragrance, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service within the specified period at info@weargarments.com with your order details.
Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items and will be processed to your original payment method. For items requested after 14 days and up to 30 days, store credit will be issued upon approval at our warehouse.
At the moment, we are allowing one free shipping label for domestic returns within Israel only. A shipping label will be sent via email after requesting your return with our customer service. Please use the original packaging and replace the shipping label for the return label. If the item(s) need to be returned again, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. All returns made from countries outside of Israel are subject to payment by customer.
